‍Captured photos and AI-generated images are temporarily stored on our servers for a period of up to 48 hours, or as specified by the client. This allows us to provide a QR code so event guests can download the images directly to their phones. All data is completely destroyed after the agreed-upon period once the client has received all images in our customer portal.

‍Booking and Cancellation

Booking Process: Clients can place an option on our services for their event, which will be held for 14 days. This option can be extended by email if necessary.

‍Finalizing the Booking: Once a booking is finalized, all details will be confirmed during the initial consultation to ensure all specific requirements are met.

‍Cancellation Policy: If a client wishes to cancel after the booking is finalized, a tiered cancellation fee will be applied to the total service cost:
‍Cancellation between 10 and 4 days prior to the event: 20% fee.
‍Cancellation 3 days prior to the event: 50% fee.
‍Cancellation within 3 days (72 hours) of the event: 80% fee.
This fee covers the reservation of the photobooth and the potential loss of booking opportunities.

‍User Responsibilities
‍Users must follow all on-site instructions when using the booth to ensure safety and optimal service delivery.

‍Liability
‍WeSmile is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

‍Marketing and Media
‍WeSmile reserves the right to take photographs and/or videos of our equipment and the general event ambiance for use in our marketing and promotional materials (including, but not limited to, our website and social media). If the Client does not consent to this, they must notify WeSmile in writing prior to the event date.
